Shipping Policy
Package Inspection
For safety and quality reasons, packages may not be opened while the courier waits.
Customers are kindly asked to open and inspect their order only after confirming delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item received is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
Free from makeup, perfume, or any scent
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Reported and returned within 48 hours of receiving the package
If the item shows any signs of wear, use, or alteration, no refund or exchange will be processed, and the product will be shipped back to you.
Please note: In case of an approved refund or exchange, new shipping fees will apply and must be paid by the customer.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after full inspection of the returned item.
Once approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same inspection process as refunds.
If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be offered instead.
All exchange shipments are subject to new shipping fees paid by the customer.
