Customers may inspect their package while the courier awaits to ensure satisfaction with their order.
Returns & Exchanges
At The Cape, every order is carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the item is inspected by our team.
If the returned item shows signs of use or wear, it will be sent back to the customer, and the request will not be approved.
In all cases of return or exchange, new shipping fees will apply and must be paid by the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
